The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. the rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to major highways and attractions. Additionally, the gym facilities were top-notch.

One downside of this hotel was the limited dining options within walking distance. Guests may need access to a car to find good food nearby.

I had such a great experience at this hotel! The staff was super friendly, fast, and informative. They were always eager to help with any request I had. The room was clean, smelled nice, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I didn't want to get up in the morning! The location of this place was also great. It's in a quiet area off of Hurstbourne, which made it easily accessible to the highway. Plus, it's surrounded by car sales lots, so it felt safe and there were plenty of parking spots.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything. We found lots of restaurants nearby and it was relatively close to all areas we wanted to visit. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and clean rooms. The reception and common areas were very nice and open. The staff was super nice and accommodating, as they even allowed us a late check-out. Additionally, we loved being able to log into our Netflix and Amazon accounts right on the TV in our room.

This hotel is a great option for a comfortable stay in the city. It's in sort of an odd area, but there are lots of fun things to do nearby downtown. The Charr'd restaurant is fantastic and there are numerous other great dining options around the hotel. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and a great bathroom. Breakfast is delicious and offers many options to choose from.

Parking may be an issue due to the busy restaurant and bar on the property.

Comfortable stay with great service and amenities. The bar offers a unique selection of bourbons, perfect for a taste of Kentucky's best. Had a great night's sleep and was pleased with the fitness center. I will definitely return.

Great stay for a romantic escape! Conveniently located near the highway with easy access. Room was clean, modern, and well, equipped with all the necessary amenities. Loved the comfortable bed and spacious shower. the staff at the concierge lounge, especially Miss Caroline, went above and beyond to make us feel at home and provided excellent service.

The noise from a nearby wedding party kept us up till the early hours of the morning. the front desk should have informed us about this during check, in.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was great- surrounded by car sales lots and easily accessible to I-64. The staff here made me feel so welcome and were eager to help with any request. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to a refrigerator and flat-screen TV. The indoor swimming pool was a fantastic way to relax after a long day of exploring. The Wi-Fi was fast and free, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food. I was treated very well by the management and the service here was exceptional.

Spent Christmas here and the two complimentary drinks offered on arrival definitely got us in the holiday spirit. the hotel was conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and bars. the best aspect was the staff, who were extremely helpful when my friends and I got a little too drunk. They brought us water and snacks, and even helped to get us back safely to our rooms.

The worst aspect was the pricing for their taxi service. It was way overpriced and they didn't inform us of the cost until we were already on our way.

When I mentioned my sensitivity to strong scents, they immediately relocated the diffuser near the entrance so it wouldn't bother me. The rooms were well maintained and the concierge lounge provided a delicious breakfast spread. Despite being outside of downtown Louisville, the location was still convenient and parking was easy. I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and amenities.

The check-in was busy, and we received breakfast tickets. The hotel is beautiful, both inside and out, in a quiet area. The bed could have been more comfortable, but the facility is clean. The staff was great during a reception with 250 people. The location is convenient with nice parking.
