The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the clean and cozy rooms to the classy toiletries. The Crown bar/restaurant staff were particularly great. The modern furniture and exceptional artwork and photography on the walls added a stylish touch. And let's not forget about the beds - they truly lived up to their reputation of being superbly comfortable. Plus, the complimentary beer in the lobby each evening was a delightful bonus.

Unique and quiet downtown hotel with comfortable bed, extra soft blanket, and classical music upon check-in. Interesting lobby with tons of art and free amenities. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, making my Christmas stay enjoyable. the staff had fantastic attitudes and were very accommodating, giving the hotel a warm and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the location was key, with easy access to various attractions and amenities in the area.

The pillows were uncomfortable, and the bed was too firm for my liking, affecting my sleep quality. Furthermore, the elevator wait time was frustrating, especially when I was feeling nauseous and trying to check out.
