Loved the free evening happy hour and friendly staff.

The location was central, making it easy for us to explore nearby attractions and great restaurants. The staff were friendly, and we appreciated the comfortable bed and modern amenities in our room.

The shower water pressure was inconsistent, which was a bit disappointing.

The beautiful art and photography collection throughout the hotel really added a unique charm to my stay.

One downside was the inconsistent hot water in the shower. despite turning it to full heat, it stayed lukewarm during my stay.

the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy, which really set the mood for my stay. Also, waiting ages for toilet paper is absolutely not how I imagined my luxe getaway would go. honestly, I expected a complimentary upgrade after that inconvenience but it seems that special treatment woudl ve been too much to ask for. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The hotel impressed with its beautiful lobby and excellent location. The deluxe king room was well-lit, functional, and had great amenities like numerous power outlets and good coffee.

I had a grand time! The staff were pure sound, really went outta their way to make us feel welcome. The complimentary bikes were a mighty addition for exploring the city. Just wish the shower water pressure was stronger. Overall, a really delightful stay!

the staff quickly arranged a surprise for my wife with wine and chocolates. parking is pretty pricey at $55.

Request a room away from the busy road for a quieter stay, and check for in-room coffee options as some machines might not work properly.

The neighborhood felt a bit sketchy, the bathroom lacked functional counter space, and the bathroom sink stopper refused to stay up!!! Would it kill them to provide toilet paper promptly? Not the relaxing getaway I envisioned!!!

The room was too small for three, the bathroom felt like a cramped closet!!! I expected daily cleaning, not just a clean on check-in. The game room should be advertised better in the rooms.

i really loved the valet parking option, made getting around super easy. staff was friendly and even brought sangria to the room. the location was perfect for all the sites i wanted to hit up.

I really appreciated the warm welcome after my late flight. complimentary snacks were a nice touch. The staff were remarkable, especially when they accommodated my late checkout request. Despite some noise from the toilets, the overall experience was positive. Pro tip, explore the nearby eateries for a taste of local cuisine!

the staff was super friendly, but the room was smaller than I expected,, overall it was well-maintained and clean. the excellent coffee was a nice perk, and I found plenty of charging ports in my room! 😀
