After we were put in another room all was good. We were put in a second-floor room and there is NO elevator. We had been traveling for a week, so our luggage was a bit heavy, and trying to get it to the second floor was a true chore. Then when we got to the room, it was nice, but we found a dirty sock on the floor. We called the front desk to find out if we could get a 1st-floor room, and he did find us one. We informed him of the sock we found in the 2nd-floor room, he thanked us and told us he would take care of it. The breakfast was good, and the location reminded me of a converted hotel room but worked. After we got into the 2nd room on the 1st floor, all was good. Despite the minor inconveniences, I would recommend this hotel.
