The hotel offered convenient location and a clean and modern room. The beds were comfortable and the pool was nice and big. Additionally, the hotel was close to all the key locations that I needed to visit during my business trip.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. The walls were quite thin, so I could hear conversations and even intimate sounds from adjacent rooms. This made for an uncomfortable and noisy experience. Additionally, the room had some cleanliness issues, such as dirty window seals and a bathroom that appeared to have not been properly cleaned from the previous guest.

We loved the friendly and efficient staff who made our check-in and check-out process quick and easy. They even went out of their way to accommodate our pet, providing us with a safety sheet to fill out. The breakfast on Sunday morning was absolutely delicious, well worth the small additional fee. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, including the gym and pool. The hotel provided ample parking with 24/7 security presence. Additionally, the location was perfect for our needs, with plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to transportation.

This hotel offers great value for money. We were able to get a really good deal for our short overnight stay through Hotwire. The rooms were nice, clean, and updated, with all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to many areas around town as well as family-friendly attractions and malls. We especially enjoyed the small breakfast at the nearby restaurant on Sunday morning.

We stayed at a hotel in the business district with a connected restaurant, and another one close by. The Sunday morning breakfast was small, but enough. The staff accommodated us when our car window was broken.

Housekeeping turned down the thermostat very low at night, making the room too cold.

Had a fantastic 3-night stay at this Hilton property. The location was perfect, with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean throughout our stay. The staff was professional and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience. Despite being on a busy street, the noise from outside was hardly noticeable.

Great breakfast buffet with cook-to-order options and friendly staff. The snacks in the executive lounge were also tasty. Convenient location near a major expressway and easy to find.

Weak wifi in some rooms, particularly those at the end of the hallway. Some rooms did not have a strong enough air conditioning and could get stuffy. The lack of a coffee shop on the premises was disappointing.

Outstanding customer service from both Thy Nguyen at the front desk and Israel who worked in food service. Easily accessible location with various amenities close by. A memorable experience overall.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its prime location in the business district. The rooms are modern, updated, and include convenient amenities such as a microwave. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, including access to the lounge and a delicious breakfast.

All in all, this hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay and I couldn't find any aspects that could be improved!

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. Thy Nguyen in reception is a jewel and Israel in the restaurant provided exceptional service. The location is just perfect with everything you need near you. The bed and pillows were amazing. The breakfast selection was very good with a variety of options. I enjoyed room service, and it was nicely cooked with continental produce. They gave me the room on the 10th floor that I asked for. The staff was amazing and friendly.

The gym and pool were fantastic and really allowed me to stay active while on vacation. The location was great and made it easy to explore the city. The bar and restaurant were some of the best I've been to at a hotel. Overall I'd recommend Hilton for a comfortable stay.
