omg the view 🌟 from the hotel room was breathtaking! walking distance to everything, friendly staff, and a wonderful breakfast cookout. Only downside was moving rooms due to a faulty lock. Can't wait to be back!

I was truly impressed by the picturesque views of Matanzas Bay from the room. the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom added a thoughtful touch to the stay, making it even more comfortable and convenient.

The pool area looked run down and unkempt, not matching the pristine image advertised.

The location is fantastic with a beautiful 15-minute walk to the center of the historic downtown. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and I enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Being close to landmarks like St George Street and the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument added to our family bonding experience. The staff was accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

The location is perfect, just a short drive to the charming old town. I appreciated the pet-friendly policy for our service dog. The room had wonderful hot water in the shower and comfortable beds with a variety of pillow options. The on-site hot tub and outdoor lounging area were great spots to unwind. The free Redbox movie rentals were a nice touch. Although there were some drawbacks like a lack of blackout blinds and noise from outside, overall, our stay was enjoyable. The property's convenient proximity to the tourist trolley visitor center provided easy access to explore the area without worrying about parking. Despite its age, the property is well-maintained, offering a pleasant lake view and a lovely pier.

I keep coming back for the friendly staff and helpful travel tips. The hotel suits me perfectly with amenities like free Wi-Fi, outdoor pool, and a restaurant. I also appreciate the 24-hour reception and no smoking policy. Excited to return for Christmas.

The hotel hooked us up with a rad hot tub and an outdoor fire pit where we chilled every night. Plus, the location was killer - we hit up the historic district and the gorgeous beach. Our Insta pics were lit!

Would've been awesome if there was a cool rooftop bar or club in or near the hotel for us to keep the party going after hours.

Enjoyed a clean room with a great walk-in shower at The Ponce St Augustine Hotel. Joel at the check-in was accommodating. I appreciate the pool access while waiting for my room. Breakfast options were limited, but the Colombian restaurant was a standout.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated on a main avenue near all the attractions and right beside a railway line that runs up the coast. We were even able to hop on the Old Town Trolley right next to a welcome center located nearby. The service at this place was exceptional, from the friendly staff who provided excellent service to the convenient room amenities like the in-room safe and free Wi-Fi. The hotel also had a beautiful terrace where we could relax and enjoy the garden furniture. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

we loved our stay at The Ponce. the room was spotless, and we could easily walk to downtown. breakfast was excellent with fresh, high-quality items. the staff, though short-staffed, was friendly and efficient. the location, near the touristy area, was perfect. despite some train noise, overall, everything was fantastic. can't wait to return!

Just got back from a stay! the breakfast was fantastic, LOVED the cookout by the pool. the only downside was the rooms weren't as clean as photos. Definitely would stay again!

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of fruit options. Once the bananas ran out, they were not replaced, which was a bit disappointing.
