Comfortable and Welcoming Stay

The location of the hotel was convenient, away from the noisy part of the strip but still close to all the activities. the staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean.

The property manager was nice, but the hotel isn't dog-friendly despite being advertised as such. Encountered awkward situations explaining my service dog. Elevator wait times were long, and bed sheets wouldn't stay put. However, the extremely clean pools and well-maintained grounds make it a decent option. Breakfast was lacking, but the quiet location and amenities were relaxing. Unfortunately, found hair and blood on the bedding; poor response from housekeeping when requesting changes. Tablet went missing and was factory reset, leading to a frustrating experience. Proceed with caution if planning to stay here.

The hotel had a bit of a dated feel, but it was surprisingly clean. The initial odor in the room was a bit strong, but it aired out quickly. Breakfast was a bit cramped, but the staff was friendly and helpful. A cozy atmosphere with comfortable beds.

Just stayed at a hotel by the main road, close to all the fun stuff. Breakfast was awesome, and the staff super friendly. I LOVED the big clean room! Definitely coming back. The outdoor pool looks even better in person!

Lost track of time exploring the nearby attractions. The pools were a hit with the kids! The room had everything we needed, even a lazy sofa for me. The outdoor spaces were perfect for family walks. A business trip turned into a mini family vacation. I practically had to be dragged away from the firepit. The kitchenette was a lifesaver for our picky eaters. I'd move in permanently if I could!

The pool and hot tub being open late were a great way to unwind after exploring the area. The balcony attached to my room added a nice touch of relaxation. I wish the fitness center had more equipment, but overall, exceptional service, spotless rooms, and convenient location made my stay enjoyable.

staying at The Leconte was a delight! the room was spacious with a working kitchen which suited my needs perfectly. the staff was friendly, rooms clean, and breakfast delicious. it felt like a peaceful country setting despite being centrally located.

Love the comfort here. First stay, staff advised taxi tips. It suits me perfectly, from Wi-Fi to fitness centre. Coming back for weekend. I need on-site car park, kitchen, breakfast, and air conditioning. No smoking, no pets.

I chose this hotel for a trade show and was impressed with its business-friendly amenities, including a well-appointed conference center and a business center. The location, complemented by a stream and stunning views of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, provided a serene backdrop for work.

The one service that I missed for my work was the lack of notification about events, such as the Patriot Park fireworks best viewed from the front of the hotel.

the location by the river was ideal, away from the hustle. The breakfast was delicious too! one downside was the rude staff, but they did help with our lost items. Can't wait to return! 🌟

The pools and jacuzzi were great, beds comfy. Loved the spacious room with kitchenette. Few cons on breakfast quality and room cost, but overall, a hidden gem in Pigeon Forge with friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the relaxation amenities like the indoor and outdoor pools. Nearby landmarks like Alcatraz East Museum added to the family bonding experience. Only downside was a room heater issue. a pleasant and affordable stay near exciting attractions.
