The staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. They were quick to address any issues or concerns I had during my stay. the hotel location was convenient, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet provided by the hotel. the variety of choices and quality of the food was impressive.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. the hallways and carpets were not properly vacuumed, giving a dirty and unkempt appearance.

A small issue with check-in was resolved quickly by the friendly owner and staff. They accommodated our request to be near an elevator. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Despite the hotel being busy, we didn't hear any noise from other guests. The grounds, rooms, and common areas were all well-maintained. The pool was sparkling and provided fun for the whole family. We also enjoyed the delicious morning buffet and the complimentary evening snacks. it was a great stay and we would highly recommend Staybridge Suites Wichita Falls.

The beds were extremely comfortable, providing me with a good night's sleep, and the black-out curtains were effective in keeping the room dark. The location was also great, situated in a convenient spot in this Midwestern city.
