I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was unbeatable, right off the main pedestrian street on the side of the Caldera, making it easy to explore the castle area and other attractions in this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the warm bath tub, although I couldn't fully enjoy it due to the windy weather. The staff, particularly Yannis, provided 5-star service and made me feel like a VIP from the moment I arrived. They were friendly, professional, and always available to help. The breakfast served on the terrace each morning was a highlight, with breathtaking views and a delicious home-cooked selection prepared by Flora.

Anastasia and Jianni were available 24/7, breakfast location with a fabulous view, relaxing jacuzzi, ideal location with easy access to amenities and attractions, amazing sunset view from private pool.
