majestic mountain inn in payson exceeded my expectations during this stay. the room was gorgeous, spacious, and clean with a back door leading to a fun outdoor space. the hot breakfast was delicious and the staff, especially miranda, was friendly and attentive.

Fridge was too small for the room.

the cable TV with the DVD player in our room was a lifesaver for our movie nights. We laughed so hard at our favorite comedies while munching on popcorn. The place also offered a free transfer service to Mazatzal Casino, where we unleashed our inner high rollers and had a blast testing our luck at the slot machines. To top it off, we couldn't resist the thrill of the nearby hiking and biking trails, which had us on our toes with excitement throughout the adventure. And let's not forget about the fishing spots! We caught some epic fish and shared stories about our biggest catches. It was truly an unforgettable getaway with non-stop fun!

The only thing we wished for was a livelier atmosphere in the evenings. As young party-goers, a designated area for socializing and mingling with other guests our age would have been an awesome addition.

We loved the beautiful setting of this hotel, surrounded by mountains and nature. The hotel facilities were clean and nicely maintained. The staff at the front desk and during breakfast were friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast offered a delicious variety of hot items such as eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy. The location was perfect, close to stores in case we forgot anything but still secluded enough to enjoy the tranquility. It was also conveniently located to the valley and the Mogollon Rim lakes, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy outdoor activities during the day. The hotel staff was happy to assist us with exchanging dollars for quarters, which was very convenient.

No major issues, just a couple of minor maintenance problems. The hot tub water on/off needed minor repair, and the heater controls were a bit difficult to read.

Great patios with a view of a grassy area, perfect for dog-watching and surrounded by trees. Okay breakfast with different scrambled eggs, although hard-boiled eggs would be a nice addition. Good coffee and a variety of bread and bagels. Convenient parking, especially for rooms located at the backside.

Additionally, the location was ideal, with convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. One more advantage that I enjoyed was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a good variety of options including a waffle station, biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage.

There were a few disappointing factors during my stay. the doors for breakfast were locked 30 minutes before the scheduled end time, which was frustrating and resulted in limited time for enjoying coffee.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. a nice place to stay.

We loved our upgraded suite with a fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The location was perfect for shopping and dining. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and spacious, providing a hassle-free stay for our service dog. The pool was open until 10 p.m. and there was a convenient coin-operated laundry room next to it. The bed was comfortable and we had a patio door for easy access with our dog.
