The room was impressive—spacious, clean, and offering a stunning view of the strip. Kids loved the pool. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Rivea, where the staff was attentive and the butternut squash ravioli was exceptional. customer service has deteriorated. Check-in took 40 minutes, and the registration staff were notably unhelpful. The pool team lacked basic hospitality. Amenities were disappointing; no free coffee, motion-sensor mini-bar, and minimal in-room facilities. No soundproofing led to constant disturbances from neighbors and airport noise. The restaurants closed by 10-11 PM. There's potential, but significant improvements in service and amenities are necessary.

We stayed at the Mandalay Bay recently and had a mixed experience. the location was convenient for the Allegiant Stadium and the staff at the bell desk and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean, which was a relief after a long day of travel. We also appreciated that despite people smoking, we didn't smell it in our room, which was a big plus for me as I have allergies. there were a number of issues that detracted from our overall enjoyment of the stay. The room cleanliness was inconsistent, with the bathroom not being as clean as expected and the carpet feeling unkempt. The noise levels in the room were also quite high, and the air conditioning was noisy and ineffective. the lack of basic amenities like a floor mat in the bathroom and a functioning plug in the bath was disappointing. The layout of the hotel made it difficult to navigate without constantly passing through the casino, which felt a bit frustrating at times.

First stay and I’m already planning a return! The staff radiated positivity and were super helpful, and the pool was a gem. But the Delano room was smaller than expected, and the enormous bath might be a challenge for some. Check-in was a hassle—waited ages for a missing reservation and elevators were hit or miss. Found underwear on the floor upon arrival, which housekeeping ignored for hours. Still, the vibrant atmosphere and delicious food made it a memorable visit, despite a few bumps. Can't wait to go back!

Great views but a few hiccups

The location is amazing with clean, spacious rooms. We had breathtaking views of Vegas from the top tower. The Shark Reef aquarium is a highlight! The pool area is nice, though good luck finding a chair – it gets super crowded. Just a heads up, the fridge is stuffed with overpriced stuff you might not want to touch.

The room we stayed in was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed that offered a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was large and well-appointed, featuring an enormous tub. we encountered issues with shower temperature, as the water went cold multiple times, which was disappointing. The lack of desk space was noticeable. While the ambiance was pleasant, the noise level was minimal, allowing for relaxation. Despite enjoying the pool area’s layout, the service felt lacking, particularly regarding room amenities. The view was lovely, contributing to an enjoyable atmosphere, albeit with some hiccups.

The view of the strip was outstanding, truly a highlight of the stay.

Perfectly positioned near attractions and amazing dining spots!

I absolutely loved that this hotel is just a few steps from top restaurants inside Mandalay Bay and so close to exciting attractions like the High Roller and T-Mobile Arena, making it super easy to explore the best of the city on foot and soak in the vibrant atmosphere during my stay, while enjoying a spacious and clean room with delightful views; however, the check-in experience could have been more efficient.

The wave pool gives a little splash of fun. The lazy river offers a nice current, and the location is perfect for exploring.

The gym is cramped and poorly equipped.

The pool was large and clean, perfect for a chill night. Staff were super friendly and helped us with everything we needed.

Room was spacious and nicely decorated, which was a plus. The vending options were confusing, and everything was overpriced.

My friends and I had an epic time chilling at the Beach, soaking up the sun and partying like there's no tomorrow. We even got to meet some cool artists after an amazing show at the pre-show reception!

If there was one thing that could've taken our party vibes to the next level, it would be more late-night dance clubs in the hotel.
