The architectural openness and stylish decor of the lobby added a touch of elegance, creating a welcoming atmosphere that I adored. Room amenities were generally comforting, and the heated pool was a pleasant surprise in December.

My check-in experience was abysmal, with an excruciating wait time before anyone even helped us. The hotel primarily relies on self-parking, which was a confusing mess. Add to that the rude front desk staff responses. it just made an already disappointing experience worse.

Nice tub and check-in at 10AM was great!

the wait for check-in was a nightmare, not to mention how the carpets smelt like stale smoke, absolutely distgusting. i was dying for some bottled water, but apparently that's too much to ask. a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice, but clearly, i’m just not special enough. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Room service was prompt. the bar lounge had a great vibe! Housekeeping kept our room pristine. and the poolside snack bar was a nice touch for quick bites.

The plumbing could be a bit noisy. and I wish the mini-bar prices were a little more reasonable.

the pool rules are a complete joke, how can anyone enjoy a vacation with children banned from the shallow areas? not to mention the over-the-top charges for an umbrella, bordering on ridiculousness. i expected a complimentary upgrade for my trouble but received nothing special. i almost gave a good review, but i just couldn't.

The Shark Reef aquarium was an impressive feature and a unique experience that made our stay more enjoyable.

Housekeeping did not clean our room daily, and we returned to find the same used towels and glasses, which was disappointing.

It was just a smart choice for a quick weekend visit in Las Vegas with very good value for money. The room was spacious and had a nice tub, which was a great surprise after a long day. Make sure to check out the tram for easy access around the strip!

the pools are super cool, especially the wave pool n lazy river, they be having a blast! rooms had a awesome view over the pools n were pretty spacious. the casino area feels grand n the staff is friendly, they helped me book a great band that played while i was gambling. i also loved the food at the border grill's brunch, def recommend makin a reservation. tram makes it easy to get around the strip too!

The pools were a big highlight. especially the lazy river! Dining options were a treat. the restaurants had a fantastic variety while the staff was always friendly! Quick service at the poolside bar made for easy relaxation.

Check-in felt a bit unorganized. and it would have been nice if the room had better amenities like complimentary water.

I stayed here for a work trip and was super impressed. The staff was super friendly and helped me find a cool restaurant nearby for in-room breakfast. Plus, the pool area was open in January, which was a nice surprise! Just wish the trams were a bit faster to get around. All in all, a really solid stay.
