The breathtaking sunset deck was the highlight of my stay. It provided a mesmerizing backdrop for evening drinks, and the atmosphere was as celebratory as the sun going down. It felt like the most romantic spot on Key West, perfect for a sunset kiss or even a proposal.

The views from room 263 were simply breathtaking. Waking up to the pool view and glimpses of the sea was pure bliss. The staff's warm welcome and the freshly baked cookies and lemonade they offered upon arrival were a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest.

The additional fees for parking and amenities were unexpected and added an unwelcome extra cost to my stay.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful sunset at Mallory Square. Additionally, the sunset deck at the hotel provided stunning views and was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. the hotel also had a lovely pool where you could spend a relaxing afternoon.

The room fell short of expectations. It felt more like a Motel 6, with a small and cramped bathroom.

I recently stayed at a beautiful resort on the ocean, just a short walk from all the attractions and Duval St The location was perfect for exploring the old town and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. The resort had a bistro restaurant with a nice view and delicious food. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff, especially Sammy and Yara, were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the convenience of the facilities, such as the large pool. it was a wonderful experience.

We had an amazing stay at a resort in Key West! the attention to detail in the room was outstanding. From the dirty clothes basket to the bathroom scale, bath robes, and bedroom slippers, everything was thoughtfully provided. We loved having two balconies and bottled water stocked in the fridge daily. On top of that, we were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of champagne and strawberries covered chocolates on our first day, which made our anniversary celebration extra special. the location of the resort was the best in Key West, with most must-visit places within walking distance. Our room, with its comfortable king-size bed and stunning ocean view, was perfect. the gym had a good selection of machines and a pool view. the pool itself had warm, salty water and wasn't crowded during our stay. the on-site restaurant was also a convenient option for breakfast.

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect – right at the waterfront of the Old Town, with two attractions and multiple other sites within walking distance. The service from the staff, from bellman to waiters, was the BEST customer service we have ever experienced. The room amenities were great, and we especially enjoyed the patio with its garden furniture. The pool area was relaxing, with sun loungers, a fitness centre, a jacuzzi, and even live entertainment!

We would recommend this place to all!

Two major attractions are just a stone's throw away, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The service here was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and tours/ticket assistance available. I also enjoyed the happy hour and the lovely outdoor seating area, where I could relax and soak in the incredible atmosphere. The room had all the amenities I needed, including heating and air conditioning, an in-room safe, and a cozy patio with garden furniture. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and the television offered a wide range of channels for entertainment. this venue provided an exceptional experience, and I can confidently say that the staff's dedication to customer service was the best I have ever encountered.

We stayed in a hotel by the harbor and had a great time watching cruise ships come and go for a couple of days. Getting around the city was easy as we could always find an Uber or taxi. Breakfast was served by the pier and had a great service.

There were some minor issues with housekeeping not noticing a problem with the toilet paper holder, but nothing major.

Had a great time at this hotel during New Year's! Loved the pool area and the friendly staff. the location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and the beach. the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.

The rooms were on the smaller side and didn't offer much compared to other hotels in the area. the hallways were messy with dirty linen bags scattered around in the afternoon, which wasn't a great first impression.

margaritaville key west resort & marina is the perfect location! close to mallory square, shopping, and bars. staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our vacation wonderful. the sunday breakfast buffet is worth the trip. comfortable beds, refrigerator in room, and free water bottles.

Great location for exploring Key West. Spacious and clean rooms with nice balconies. Enjoyed breakfast on the front patio with a view of passing boats. Nice pool area and little touches like fruit kebabs make it great value for money. would stay here again.

Great location, close to attractions. Free waters provided. Restaurant near pool was excellent. Very accommodating staff and helpful bartenders and cleaning ladies. Rooms had nice amenities, balcony, and hot tub for relaxation.
