We loved sitting on the dock at night, taking the kayaks out, and enjoying the use of beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels. The staff was absolutely wonderful and friendly, and the rooms were large and equipped with refrigerators. The location was conveniently close to Fishermans Wharf for dinner.

Pros of my stay were mind-blowing themed and spotless common areas, jaw-dropping access to standup paddles and kayaks, and the super chill vibe of the waterfront hangout spot. The pool was absolutely amazing, ranging from 4ft to 8ft deep, and impeccably clean. Special shoutout to the fantastic front desk lady who went above and beyond for our anniversary, providing wine glasses, utensils, and a room upgrade due to the red tide. The room itself was nice, although I wished the blankets were thicker. The view of the marina was awesome, especially when we spotted a family of manatees. The tiki-inspired pool area with comfy sun loungers was really cool. Breakfast was alright, but I would have loved to see more options besides vending machine choices. It would have been awesome if they had a cooler with ice-cold water available for guests by the pool, or even the option to purchase other beverages like Gatorade. Maybe they could also consider having a happy hour before sunset, it'd be a great way to make guests even happier. the room was clean with a simple and impressive ambiance, surrounded by a tropical lagoon-like setting right on the marina. The staff, especially Peter and Sean, were friendly and helpful. I've already recommended this place to tons of friends and will definitely be back in the future! With free wi-fi, convenient free parking, an awesome outdoor swimming pool, flat-screen TV, opportunities for canoeing and fishing, cozy sun loungers.

We stayed at a waterfront boutique resort with a simple and clean ambiance. the owners were friendly, and the price point was great for the area. It was conveniently located near Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel Island, with restaurants and attractions within a short drive. the surroundings felt like a tropical lagoon, and being right on a marina was a bonus. the staff, especially Peter and Sean, were very friendly. I would definitely recommend Latitude 26 to friends and stay there again in the future.

I had a lovely stay at Latitude 26 Waterfront Boutique Resort. The room was freshly painted, clean, and nicely decorated. I especially enjoyed the beautiful flowers and garden area. The management was very friendly and the morning coffee was delicious. The motel has a smoke-free policy and quiet hours, which made for a peaceful atmosphere. The pool was fantastic, and I loved the music and the plants surrounding it. The fire pit and kayaking were also fun and convenient amenities. The staff was helpful and the washer and dryer on site were a great convenience. The breakfast was easy and nice, with plenty of options. The motel is in a cute neighborhood and is conveniently located near the beach. I had a charming experience at this motel and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was helpful in correcting my reservation mistake. The room was clean with a marina view. The location allowed easy access to different areas. A Walmart nearby was convenient for supplies. The newer room was clean and served its purpose.

We had a wonderful stay at Latitude 26. Our purpose was to explore the nearby restaurants and enjoy Fort Myers Beach, and the location was perfect. Being by the canal added a nice touch, and we enjoyed the fire pits and heated saltwater pool. The staff was friendly during check-in, and we liked the convenience of the key pads for room entry. Despite ongoing renovations, we were comfortable in the rooms and felt like we got our money's worth. The breakfast bar provided a nice variety, and the availability of paddle boards, bikes, and kayaks was a great bonus.

My recent stay at Latitude 26 Waterfront Boutique Resort was more than satisfying. The location was perfect for our needs, being just 5 minutes away from the Key West Express ferry dock. The convenience factor was definitely a highlight for us. Despite not being the prettiest hotel in the area, it met all our expectations and provided a comfortable stay at a reasonable cost. The beds, although showing a little wear, still allowed for a good night's sleep. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for convenience and affordability.

The staff went above and beyond, driving my elderly parents to a nearby local restaurant and picking them up afterwards. the location of the resort was incredible, just a short walk to the beach. the room itself was clean and comfortable, with a simple but functional layout. I appreciated the variety of TV options, including Hulu, D+, and AppleTV+. the complimentary amenities, like the microwave and fridge in the room, were a nice touch. the breakfast was set up early, allowing us to start our day off right.

Who needs exciting nightlife and nearby attractions when you have a corner of a busy road and not much around? So boring!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was very near the Key West Ferry, which allowed us to conveniently catch our early morning boat. The hotel itself has done an amazing job recovering from a recent hurricane and it looked beautiful. The rooms were very clean with new bedding, ensuring a comfortable stay. Although we couldn't enjoy the breakfast due to our early departure, we heard it was awesome. The hotel facilities were wonderful, especially the pool area, which was superb and well-maintained. Additionally, the staff was ultra-friendly and addressed any concerns we had promptly. We also took advantage of the complimentary kayaks and paddle-boards available, which was an unexpected bonus. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

I even had the chance to spot dolphins while kayaking. Additionally, the resort's proximity to Fort Myers beach was convenient, with a trolley pick up nearby.
