Lovely Resort with Excellent Amenities

We had a fantastic time at this resort! The pool areas were amazing, with options for everyone in the family to enjoy. We especially loved the variety of activities available, from shuffleboard to basketball. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even sent us a thoughtful apology gift for a minor issue we had. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this resort to others.

We had an amazing Easter break at this resort! The staff was incredibly friendly and there were plenty of activities available on site. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The resort also had a great location, with easy access to nearby attractions. Plus, the pools were beautiful and well-maintained, providing a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Arizona sunshine.

One thing we didn't like was the limited food options after 6 PM. It would have been nice to have more dining choices available later in the evening. Additionally, while the resort had a lot to offer, it would have been helpful to have golf cart transportation available for guests, especially when the shuttle van was not running.

We had a great time on the water slides and enjoying cocktails by the pool. The hotel facilities were excellent, including multiple pools, lawn games, and tent swings. We never had trouble finding pool chairs, even during a fully booked period. The added bonus of being able to use the facilities at another hotel, including a lazy river and slide, was wonderful. The kitchen in our room was very convenient for meals and snacks. The location was close to everything and in proximity to local hikes, making it convenient for exploring.

The location of the studio room is one of the main drawbacks. It is cramped and awkwardly designed, with the small kitchen area placed right on top of the bed. The noises from the fridge and the suite above can be heard loud and clear, making it difficult to sleep. The bathroom is moldy and the bath fan appears to have never been cleaned. However, the property does have some advantages. It is conveniently located close to the lazy river at JW Marriott, as well as the Desert Ridge shopping center. These nearby attractions offer opportunities for fun and entertainment during your stay.

The studio room lacks proper soundproofing, resulting in a noisy and uncomfortable night's sleep.

I had an amazing time at this property. The pools were fantastic, especially during the off-season when it wasn't crowded. The rooms were large and comfortable, with a full refrigerator and kitchen items. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the separate sitting area with a couch was a nice touch. The balcony offered a great view of the golf course and the sunrise.

The only downside was that the walls and ceilings/floors lacked soundproofing, so I could hear my neighbors, especially if they had young kids. However, getting a corner room on the top floor could solve that issue.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving family vacation in a cozy apartment. The best aspects were that we had a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing our Thanksgiving dinner. , the location was ideal, near shops and supermarkets, which made it easy to buy everything we needed. we enjoyed the amenities including the pools and free shuttles to the nearby areas.

We found the persistent attempts to get us to attend meetings particularly annoying. our surprise gift for our husband and family was ruined as the staff informed them of what we had paid for our stay.
