My recent stay at a Palm Desert resort was fantastic. The spacious and clean room had large windows and a great balcony, perfect for enjoying the beautiful views. The parking was convenient, located right in front of the hotel room, making it easy to come and go. The resort also had multiple pools with different atmospheres, catering to both parties and families. The activity center for kids was a great addition, providing entertainment for the little ones. I had a great time at this resort and would definitely recommend it to others. I highly recommend this resort for a wonderful stay.

The location of this resort was perfect for us. We had a room right in front of the hotel, which made it easy to come in and out of the resort space. We were also close to the JW Marriott, where we enjoyed the restaurant and bar by the pool. This was a great advantage as we could easily access these facilities without having to travel far. the room and bathroom were spacious and well-maintained, and the service provided by the friendly staff was exceptional.

That the carpets in our room were not very clean, and our 16-month-old's pajama feet got dirty from walking on them.

I recently stayed at Marriott's Desert Springs Villas II for a week-long vacation. The check-in staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The maid service was quick and efficient, and despite the language barrier, they were always friendly. The staff riding service carts always greeted us with a smile during our daily walks around the property. The hotel should consider expanding the workout facility and adding more stationary bikes. The Valley golf course was beautiful, although the putting greens were not well-maintained. it was a wonderful visit with splendid weather, and the Marriott organization did an amazing job.

We had a great Christmas stay at this vacation club. the villa was spacious and recently updated. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the golf course. the concierge staff were exceptional, offering helpful suggestions for daily activities and restaurants. the free shuttle buses to nearby attractions were a great convenience.

One drawback was the intermittent electrical noise in the walls of the room, which kept us awake at night. We were also disappointed that the promised complimentary bottle of champagne for our anniversary was never received.
