Beautifully organized hotel with excellent front desk staff. Well-designed rooms with decent views. Room service food is excellent. No microwave in the room, as mentioned online. Snowy conditions made parking difficult. No third-party payments accepted, even with cash and credit card on file for extras.

The value for the money was great, and the room had a stunning view. The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with fantastic views, spacious and upscale amenities. The staff is amazing and treated us with such friendliness and respect. The food was seriously delicious and the A-la-cart menu was very full. We enjoyed our NYE at this place and it had the best view of fireworks ever.

We recently stayed at Marriott Downtown for a weekend getaway. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its well-maintained rooms and grounds. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our king suite, which was even larger than expected. The comfortable king bed, along with the 24/7 gym, swimming pool, and jacuzzi, made our stay extremely enjoyable. The on-site restaurant and ample parking were convenient additions. The staff, especially the morning and evening bar staff, were friendly and helpful. The cozy fireplace in our room added a nice touch. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

The room and grounds were kept clean and well-maintained which is always pleasant to see. the hotel's location was key, as it was walking distance to great restaurants and attractions. I also appreciated the comfortable bed and amazing shower.

The staff didn't seem friendly, and it often felt like asking them questions was a bother to them. I was frustrated with the Wi-Fi policy as well, having to pay if you're not part of the club.

We had an amazing stay at the Marriott! The pool was perfect for an afternoon swim and the jacuzzi was relaxing. We had a little trouble with the pool gate code, but the staff was quick to assist. The comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. we highly recommend this hotel.
