I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the hotel's backyard connected to the beautiful white sandy beach. It was so convenient to have beach chairs available for guests. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff always ensured that everything was in order. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, with a pool area and back deck that had hammocks and a hot tub. The staff, especially Susanna and Saintigo, were amazing and provided excellent service. The breakfast offered was reasonably priced and delicious. this hotel provided a memorable experience.

I stayed at the Marseilles for 3 nights and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, the staff was attentive, and the housekeeping was amazing. I loved how the housekeeping checked in each morning to see if we needed any services. The bartenders in the backyard were friendly and made sure we felt comfortable. The location, just one block from Ocean Drive, was perfect. Can't wait to book again!

We spent our Christmas break at a hotel that had its ups and downs. But to start on a positive note, the location was absolutely perfect. A stone's throw from the beach, which we loved, and with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks available throughout the day. And the food was top-notch - we had some of the best meals we've ever had at the hotel restaurant.

Our room left a lot to be desired. It was incredibly noisy, with an air conditioner that just wouldn't quit. The outdated decor and furnishings could use a bit of an update as well. And the bathroom was a bit of nightmare, with a window that had no curtain and allowed neighboring hotels to see right in. while we enjoyed some aspects of the hotel, the negatives definitely impacted our stay.

This hotel is in a prime location, with plenty of options for entertainment. Whether its exploring the nightlife on Espanola Way or taking a dip in the gorgeous beach, everything is close by. The rooms are also spacious and comfortable with great mirrors in the bathroom for getting ready before a night out.

The staff here could use a little improvement with customer service.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the beach access that this hotel provided. It was so convenient to be able to walk directly from the hotel's "backyard" onto the beach. The included rental of lounge chairs and umbrellas was a nice bonus. The location of the hotel was also a major highlight. It was situated close to many nice places, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area. Additionally, we really appreciated the cozy back yard area with the bed, hammock, and games. It was a great spot to relax and unwind.

There were a few aspects of our stay that could have been improved. The shower drain in our room was clogged, which was a bit inconvenient, although we were only there for one night so it wasn't a major issue. We also noticed that the bathroom floor was quite slippery, which was a bit concerning. It would have been helpful to have something to prevent any accidents. Lastly, the cushions on the big lounge chairs around the pool were in need of replacement. They were quite worn out and not as comfortable as we had hoped.
