I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The check-in process was quick and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that provided a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water that was replenished daily. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the hotel's coffee was absolutely delicious. The breakfast at the on-site restaurant was top-notch, offering a wide variety of tasty options. Additionally, the hotel's location in the USC area made me feel safe, and it was convenient to have the Natural History Museum within walking distance. For those wanting to explore downtown LA, it's just a 5-minute drive away, and the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel and will definitely choose it again for my next visit to LA.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The parking was convenient and reasonably priced, which is a rare find in LA. Additionally, the hotel's location was incredibly convenient, making it easy for us to get to our desired destinations.

There were several negative aspects to our stay. the soundproofing in the rooms was extremely poor.

The restaurant provided excellent service for guests with Celiac. The staff were knowledgeable and made sure the meals surpassed expectations. The hotel was clean and accommodating, with friendly front desk staff. They even offered a free upgrade and parking due to a minor tub scratch. The location was fantastic, with a great view and convenient parking. The room was comfortable and had an updated bathroom. The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel gym was above average.

We loved the comfortable beds and the proximity to the USC campus and downtown LA. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The amenities were superb and the rooms clean and quiet. The pool was small but clean and perfect for kids to enjoy. The late check-out option was a nice bonus. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided, with a variety of options including fresh fruit, eggs, and yummy waffles. Additionally, there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.

The beds were comfy and the room was clean and cozy. We also enjoyed the great breakfast options and the location of the hotel was very convenient for exploring the city. The staff was friendly and helpful in giving us directions and suggestions for nearby attractions.

Being across from a college meant there were some noisy parties in the hotel during the weekend nights. Additionally, there were a few maintenance issues such as a flushing toilet and a broken phone in the room.

Our stay at USC Hotel was exceptional. The room we booked overlooked the campus, offering a wonderful view. The service at check-in and check-out was excellent, and the room was clean and quiet. We also had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious breakfast at the restaurant next door. Additionally, the hotel allowed us to park until 4:00 pm free of charge. we had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The convenience of USC Hotel being located in Downtown Los Angeles made it an ideal transit stay during my travels. The hotel's proximity to the Jefferson/USC station, as well as its 20 km distance from Los Angeles International Airport, made it a convenient choice for my travels.

I encountered an issue during my daughter's stay at the hotel. Despite her medical condition requiring air conditioning, the initial room provided did not have this amenity.

The USC Hotel provided a pleasant stay with a very comfy bed, which was perfect for relaxing the night before my appointment at USC Keck. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, making it a comfortable and convenient choice. The hotel's location in Downtown Los Angeles also offered splendid views of the city and the USC campus, adding to the overall experience.

The only minor inconvenience was the discrepancy in parking charges. Although the hotel charged $25 per day for parking, we later found out that the price at the parking lot was only $12 per day.
