We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived early and were able to check in right away. Not only that, but we were also upgraded to a better room. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The room itself had so much charm and character, with a unique and historic feel. We loved every moment at Martin & Mason Hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel right in the heart of town, where I felt transported back in time to the gold rush era. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore all the casinos and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a charming old-time tub that added to the historic atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. The service was exceptional, and I was even pleasantly surprised by the variety of drinks offered at the casino.

Although the lobby and restaurant could use some refurbishing, it didn't detract from the overall experience.

The reception area and casino attached are both incredible. The rooms are equipped with excellent facilities such as electric kettle, tea and coffee, and free toiletries. The flat-screen TV in the room, coupled with free Wi-Fi, ensures a comfortable stay. The staff was amazing, providing top-notch service, and the lift was quick.

I was initially worried about driving in during a blizzard, but the staff at the hotel showed genuine concern for our safety and even called to check on us later. The historic building was beautifully restored and had a charming atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised to find a coffee cart in the hallway every morning with high-quality coffee options. The little touches like the wine cooler with sodas and water for guests showed that the management truly cares. The housekeeper even spoke highly of the owners, which is rare to find. it was a gem of a place to stay.

The antique bureaus in the room had a musty smell, and the coffee was not available until 7am, which was a bit late for me. There was also a thick haze of cigarette smoke in the downstairs casino.

Stayed here over Easter and had a great experience. the location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of everything. the hotel offered complimentary morning goodies, which were a nice touch. There were also always fresh towels available, and the staff was willing to help with anything we needed.

The only complaint we had was that the room itself was a bit dated. the furniture and fixtures were quite old, which is not a major issue, but some sprucing up could be done.
