We had a fantastic stay at this inn in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, right off the main street, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. We were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown.

This hotel in the heart of town was a great find! the value for money was unbeatable - we got a comfortable room with two queen beds at a very reasonable price. The attention to detail was also impressive, with recently renovated rooms that provided great mountain views. The location, right off of main street, offered a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and made it convenient for exploring the town.

We loved the location right off the main street within walking distance to everything. The hotel had a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and was so close to restaurants and stores. The room was small but updated, with new flooring, paint, and furniture. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a unique experience, with it waiting for us in the room fridge.

We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel was super clean and comfortable, with an amazing shower and extremely comfortable beds. The owners were exceptionally friendly, making us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay. The hot tub, surrounded by beautiful Christmas lights and breathtaking mountains, was a true piece of heaven. The location was perfect, just off the main road and a short stroll to the Irish Pub and other restaurants and shops in the area. We also loved being close to Vail and being able to see beautiful waterfalls from the parking lot. Breakfast, included at a nearby restaurant, was delicious. the entire staff made our stay enjoyable and we can't wait to come back!

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of town, walking distance to restaurants and stores. The room was spotless and cozy with all the amenities we needed. The staff was attentive and provided us with coupons for breakfast. A fantastic perk was the discount tickets to the hot springs.

The weather was poor so we didn't get to explore much, but the comfort of the room made up for it.

My room at Matterhorn Inn was tastefully decorated and provided all amenities. I loved the beach towels for the hot tub. The breakfast bag was a nice touch. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of this hotel was ideal for exploring the town. It was so close to everything and we loved being able to walk to all the attractions and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast at a nearby cafe was a wonderful surprise and added value to our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for nearby restaurants.

The only downside was the limited hours of the breakfast voucher at the cafe. It would have been better if the voucher could be used for a longer period of time to accommodate different schedules.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We stayed at a hotel in downtown Ouray for 5 days and had the best experience! The room was incredibly clean and the housekeepers were accommodating to our needs. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The view from our room was amazing. The sheets and towels were high quality and luxurious. The bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the selection of soaps provided. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of everything downtown.

This hotel is terrific! You'll get a lot for your money here: beautiful mountain views, two comfy queen beds with a TV, and basic amenities, plus breakfast, are all included. They've recently renovated the place, which has an eye for detail and excellent staff. This hotel also has an outstanding location right off of main street.

This weekend away was certainly a treat! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary laundry services available, which came in handy after a long day exploring. The location was great, within walking distance to many attractions and amenities. We also enjoyed the stunning views from our room.

There were a few letdowns during our stay. Our room felt quite cramped and cluttered, leaving us with limited space to move around.
