The hotel and staff were impeccable. Honeymoon surprise, helpful staff, amazing buffet breakfast, lovely departure treats, didn't want to leave!

Not one thing.

I got great value for my money with a clean and comfortable room. The location was stunning, with beautiful natural surroundings and a beach that allowed even non-swimmers like me to snorkel. The staff at Auberge Resorts Collection were welcoming and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast menu could be improved by clearly indicating whether the gratuity is included or not, to avoid any confusion for the guests.

Fine infrastructure, nice view, spa, Hawaiian massage, Ocean Grill and Bar.

Great and clean comfortable decor with amazing views from every room. Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent gym, jacuzzis, pool, and beach options. Gayle at the beach bar makes the best drinks ever!

The hotel facilities were fantastic, with clean and well-appointed rooms. The natural saltwater pools were a highlight, teeming with beautiful and healthy sea life. The location was also perfect, with easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting me with a shell lei, fresh passion drink, and a cool towel upon arrival.

We loved the amazing facilities, such as the stunning swimming pool and the breathtaking view. The hotel also offers fantastic workshops and activities, including daily huna dances performed by a talented and beautiful dancer. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff, from reception to housekeeping, are exceptional. The hotel even has a restaurant called 'Canoe' that serves delicious food.

Great location, friendly staff, and fantastic ocean views. Enjoyed the spacious room with sliding lanai doors to feel the breeze and hear the waves. Tasty breakfast buffet and breathtaking sunsets. Loved the fish ponds and snorkeling. Would definitely return.

The renovated common areas and pools were impressive and well-designed. the location was great, with convenient access to beautiful fish ponds and snorkeling spots. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service throughout our stay.

There were still some areas that needed improvement. the food options were limited and not up to par, and there was a lack of convenient stores within the hotel complex for basic necessities.

The resort recently underwent a renovation and it was clear that a lot of effort was put into updating the whole property. the breakfast options were amazing with a wide selection of first-class dishes. the golf courses were in great shape and offered beautiful views.

Some areas of the resort still looked outdated, especially the hallways and exterior. the poolside service was slow and understaffed.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and housekeeping made sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, the golf pro shop, and the new coffee shop.
