The room was clean and had a microwave and mini fridge. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints.

For the price we paid, the value was decent. The room was comfortable with a microwave and mini fridge. The location was convenient, right off Route 77, and there were places to eat nearby. The front desk staff, especially Charles, was friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more options like individually wrapped muffins, fruit you can peel, and juice boxes.

I had a quick overnight stay at Microtel and I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service from the Wyndham representative was exceptional and they found me a great rate. Despite a small issue upon arrival, the hotel staff addressed it quickly and efficiently. I had a hassle-free experience at Microtel.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing a ground floor room near an entryway. There was ample space for dog walks with a grassy area bordered by trees. The bed was excellent and the front desk staff, particularly one individual, provided exceptional customer service.

The location is convenient, with a Waffle House across the street. Walking distance to the hotel, no need to drive. Close proximity to the interstate and other attractions. Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Affordable Uber rides to downtown Charlotte.

My stay at Microtel was fantastic! The front desk staff, Michelle, was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I accidentally left something in my room, the staff promptly located it and had it waiting for my friend at the front desk. I was so impressed with their attentive service that I am already planning to book my next stay at Microtel. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
