During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the convenience of the location. The hotel was easily accessible from the highway, making it easy to get around. Additionally, there were plenty of places to eat nearby, including a Waffle House just a short walk away. This made it convenient to grab a quick breakfast if I wanted more than what the hotel was offering.

One thing I didn't like about my stay was the sticky bathroom floor. Although I mentioned it to the front desk, they wanted to wash it immediately, which was inconvenient as my daughter was resting.

For the price we paid, the value was decent. The room was comfortable with a microwave and mini fridge. The location was convenient, right off Route 77, and there were places to eat nearby. The front desk staff, especially Charles, was friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more options like individually wrapped muffins, fruit you can peel, and juice boxes.

I had a quick overnight stay at Microtel and I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service from the Wyndham representative was exceptional and they found me a great rate. Despite a small issue upon arrival, the hotel staff addressed it quickly and efficiently. I had a hassle-free experience at Microtel.

I recently stayed at the Microtel Inn & Suites in Northlake for a weekend getaway. The check-in process was a breeze and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I particularly liked the addition of a closet with a suitcase rack, making it easy to keep organized during my stay. The hotel's location was convenient, with a short drive to downtown Charlotte and reasonably priced Ubers available on weekend nights. a great experience.
