We had an amazing stay at this hotel which is perfectly located steps away from Copacabana beach. The view from our room was breathtaking, allowing us to see the crystal blue waters and the famous sugarloaf mountain. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with luxurious beds and high-quality linens. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, providing all the necessary amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

One downside was the lack of adequate restaurants and shops in the surrounding area.

The Fairmont in Copacabana is truly amazing! The rooms are beautifully decorated and cozy, with a fantastic view. The swimming pool offers breathtaking views and is perfect for relaxing. The location is also great, with easy access to everything. As vegetarians and vegans, we were pleased to find that the Coco Cafe had the most delicious gelato we've ever tasted. The Açai gelato is an absolute must-try!

We felt incredibly welcomed during our stay at the Fairmont in Copacabana and have no complaints at all.

The spa at Fairmont Rio was an absolute delight. The massage I received was truly one of the best I've ever experienced. The relaxation and tranquility it provided was exactly what I needed. The world-class service and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly luxurious and rejuvenating experience.

Enjoyable stay in a well-located hotel with wonderful views and great amenities. the room was spacious and comfortable, complete with soft linens and cozy robes. We especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff as well as the complementary slippers and Canadian toiletries.

While the hotel itself was wonderful, we found the surrounding area to be quite busy and noisy. the street traffic outside the hotel could be heard at times, leaving a less than quiet stay.

the exclusive amenities exceeded my expectations and fulfilled my every need. the service was exceptional, and I particularly enjoyed the Spa & wellness centre and treatment room. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were excellent facilities that added to my overall remarkable experience. The location advantages were also a plus as I had easy access to the beach area and sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers. Cons: I did experience one minor issue with the private facilities as they were not up to my standards, but the hotel staff was quick to resolve this.

Amazing ocean view from the room, great location near the beach and attractions. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning the room.

The rooms on our floor were outdated and under construction, with noisy and dusty hallways. The wait staff was unfriendly and unresponsive, making us feel unwelcome.
