Felt like they were family, nothing to complain about

I recently stayed at a value hotel near great restaurants, the VA hospital, and other Ann Arbor activities. The room was cozy and clean, providing a quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The staff provided exceptional service and the free parking was convenient. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including coffee, danishes, waffles, and juice. The location near the university made it a perfect choice for my business trip.

The wifi connection was weak due to the hotel being fully occupied.

We recently stayed in a hotel near the University of Michigan's North Campus and we were pleasantly surprised by the Microtel Inn & Suites. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the university and surrounding areas. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a budget-friendly stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and valued. the complimentary breakfast offered a decent selection of options to start our day off right.

One drawback we encountered was a lack of signage, which made finding the hotel a bit challenging, especially for night arrivals.

We had a lovely stay at Microtel. the front desk clerk was very considerate, giving us a room near the front desk to ensure our comfort and safety. the recently remodeled room was clean and bright, with great facilities including a table, chairs, couch, and coffee table. the location was convenient with good road links, perfect for visiting our friends in the area. the fridge and microwave in the room were a nice addition, and we absolutely loved the delicious fresh waffles served at breakfast. a wonderful experience.

The staff at the Microtel were so helpful and accommodating during our week-long stay. They even went above and beyond by bringing a wheelchair to our vehicle after my surgery.
