Felt like they were family, nothing to complain about

I recently stayed at a value hotel near great restaurants, the VA hospital, and other Ann Arbor activities. The room was cozy and clean, providing a quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The staff provided exceptional service and the free parking was convenient. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including coffee, danishes, waffles, and juice. The location near the university made it a perfect choice for my business trip.

The wifi connection was weak due to the hotel being fully occupied.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and valued. the complimentary breakfast offered a decent selection of options to start our day off right.

One drawback we encountered was a lack of signage, which made finding the hotel a bit challenging, especially for night arrivals.

We had a lovely stay at Microtel. The front desk clerk was very considerate, giving us a room near the front desk to ensure our comfort and safety. The recently remodeled room was clean and bright, with great facilities including a table, chairs, couch, and coffee table. The location was convenient with good road links, perfect for visiting our friends in the area. The fridge and microwave in the room were a nice addition, and we absolutely loved the delicious fresh waffles served at breakfast. a wonderful experience.
