Great value for a weekend stopover in Augusta. The staff was incredibly helpful.

During my recent stay to visit a family member in Augusta, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, away from the main road and with ample parking. Checking in early was a plus, and the comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep after long days at the hospital. The waffle machine in the breakfast room was a highlight, offering a tasty breakfast option amongst the other average choices.

The staff helped me find good exchange rates on my first stay. This place has everything I need like Wi-Fi, parking, and a fitness center. It suits me perfectly. I'm coming back for Christmas.

I chose this hotel for attending a networking event as it provides a 24-hour business center with data, fax, and copy services. The business center, 24-hour front desk, and laundry facilities were convenient for my work-related needs. The seasonal outdoor pool was also a nice perk after a long day of meetings.

The one service that I missed for my work was a reliable and consistent Wi-Fi connection.

Loved pretending I was a golf champion at the nearby Augusta National Golf Club. The outdoor pool was perfect for splashing around. Got some "work" done in the business center.

The front desk assistance provided by Jennifer was exceptional. She warmly greeted me upon arrival and even recommended a great seafood restaurant for dinner. Truly a gem!

My room was placed next to a couple with a crying toddler, which kept me up during the early morning hours. When I expressed my concern to the desk clerk, they didn't provide a satisfactory response.

The pool was a highlight, with grands enjoying swimming. Front desk and cleaning staff were understanding and helpful. Lobby, hallways, and bathrooms were always clean. Food area was spotless. Great experience overall.

The hotel also offers a delicious complimentary continental breakfast with a variety of selections included.

Located in a very nice area, our stay at this hotel was a wonderful surprise. The room was clean and well-appointed, with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The staff was courteous and accommodating- they even found and mailed my lost fitbit. Delicious continental breakfast was also served every morning. Great proximity to everything ensured that we had a smooth time.

The water faucet in the shower was broken and hard to adjust.

I recently stayed at this hotel by a rail line and I must say, the service was exceptional. The staff provided excellent room service and kept the room very clean with fresh towels and free toiletries. Moreover, they have a wake-up service and tea and coffee facilities available in the room. The soundproofed rooms were nicely furnished with ironing facilities, heating and air conditioning to ensure the guests' comfort. There was also a beautiful picnic area with garden furniture and leisure swimming pool with sun loungers. The staff was helpful and had good service.

I noticed a few negatives such as a somewhat rude manager, but overall, this hotel is great for families. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for affordable accommodation, excellent service, and an outdoor swimming pool with seasonal outdoor pool access.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. First, the value for money was excellent - I found the prices to be very reasonable for the quality of the accommodations. Second, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and had all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the location was fine - nestled in a quiet area, yet conveniently close to stores, the interstate, and restaurants. I particularly appreciated its proximity to the theatre and the Masters Tournament.

Although my overall experience was positive, there is room for improvement. Some of the guests mentioned that the rooms could benefit from renovations, which I also noticed during my stay.
