Aye, man, that room was mad small for my fam, couldn’t even fit the rollaway bed. Beds was comfy though, and the staff was cool. But they gotta step it up on the vacuuming, for real. Breakfast was just basic, coulda used some protein options. Grounds nice, pool lookin’ good too. Just sayin’.

Broken light cover fell while I slept.

i almost gave a good review! however, filthy conditions plagued my stay, with bugs in every nook and cranny. to top it off, absolutely no response from the staff when i reported it, just bug spray? really? i expected at least a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience, but apparently that’s too much to ask. disappointing, really.

During my stay, I encountered a dirty iron that ruined my husband's shorts, which was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, we noticed the mattress needed replacing, as it made us roll towards the center. On top of that, two of our pillowcases were stained, which was really disappointing and made us question cleanliness standards.

The hotel is in a fantastic location with beautiful views. I enjoyed quiet moments watching the sunrise. Staff friendliness enhanced my experience, making me feel valued and appreciated!

Chur, the pool was pretty sweet as, but the breakfast was basic as. Staff were friendly, but the room needed a good clean. Just felt a bit off, eh?

the lobby had a large beverage container with iced water and complimentary popcorn. the soap size is ridiculously small, almost like a domino.
