The hotel had great facilities and amenities that were perfect for my family.

Pool nice, room big for 2 adults & 4 kids. Bed amazing! OK breakfast: bagel, cream cheese, orange, yogurt, 2 hard boiled eggs. Staff loved & location great. Coffee fine. Safe area, clean inside/outside, nice employees. Many restaurants nearby. Grab & go breakfast: bagel, 2 boiled eggs, cream cheese, yogurt, cranberry/orange juice.

The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and parking. The employees were very nice and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Check-in and out were a breeze, with ample parking available. The hotel appears to be newly renovated and was very clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of six. The pool was a great amenity and added to our enjoyment. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, although it would have been even better with some fresh fruits.

I gotta say, I really got my money's worth at the Holiday Inn Express on Boyd-Cooper Parkway. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, giving me a great night's rest. The location was perfect too, just a short 5-minute drive from where I needed to be. And the front desk staff? Super friendly!

The only thing I wish could've been better was the food for breakfast. Maybe they could add more options to satisfy everyone's taste buds.

Popular with utility workers and several businesses, I recommend you book ahead because this hotel usually fills up every night due to its great location. Easy access to highways, shopping, and restaurants. Adequate parking available. Upgraded to the king suite and loved the comfortable bed. The room was large and roomy with a full sitting area with sofa and TV. The shower was stocked with Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Will definitely be our go-to hotel.

I recently stayed at an IHG hotel for a few nights for leisure purposes. The location was great, situated in a safe area with plenty of nearby restaurants. The hotel itself was very clean, both inside and outside. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the grab & go breakfast, which included a bagel, boiled eggs, cream cheese, yogurt, and juice. I had a positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
