We had a fantastic stay at Microtel in Cotulla. Our short trip turned into a delightful 4-day retreat. the front desk clerk was exceptionally friendly, making us feel right at home. the hotel was spotless, and our bed was super comfortable. the inviting ambiance and affordable rates were a pleasant surprise.

The front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming, even taking the time to chat with and pet our dog. the location was convenient and had suited our needs for a past stay. the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, providing a comfortable environment for our weekend.

The check-out process was frustrating as we waited for a staff member, and then we were wrongly charged for a late check-out due to their oversight. the extra charges were excessive, and the receptionist's insistence on cash payment for fees was off-putting.
