where do I even begin? the shower pressure was abysmal, making me waste water to feel clean. and, oh, the overly bright lights in the room—absolutely ridiculous. I expected some complimentary gesture for my troubles, but that was just wishful thinking. I almost wrote a nice review, but I just couldn’t with the lack of service here.
