During a recent business trip, my director selected Oceans Resort in Whitianga for our accommodation choice. the resort is surrounded by lush tropical bush and boasts thermal pools fed by crystal clear water from deep below the earth's surface. the spacious house I stayed in had two bedrooms with double beds, plus an additional bedroom in the garage and a lovely living room with a well-equipped kitchen. One of the highlights was the proximity to the beach, allowing for easy access to the sandy shores.

we had a fantastic weekend getaway at oceans resort with excellent accommodation close to the lost spring spa. the modern property offered a peaceful stay with friendly staff, a heated pool, and ample amenities like bbq, bicycles, and tennis equipment. the spacious 3-bed apartment was perfect for relaxation and comfort, and the convenient back entrance to the spa made our time even more enjoyable. highly recommend for a relaxing escape with a beautiful beach view.

The resort was in top-notch shape, with well-maintained facilities that impressed us. the owners took pride in the upkeep, ensuring everything was up to par. While we didn't hit the pool due to time constraints, we were informed that the kids loved the warm water. the back entrance to the spa was a bonus! Some guests lingered in the pool longer than the allotted time, which was a minor nuisance but didn't sour our overall experience 🙂.

Quaint café, fun boat tours, relaxing spa, and thrilling rally. Hilariously tiny double bed, noisy birds, and sad stale milk. Loved my posh stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed the great location of the resort, being close to the beach, shops, cafes, and restaurants. the apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a full kitchen and a lovely sea view. some improvements could be made in terms of the furniture quality and comfort of the bedding.

The boardwalks around the bay were simply amazing and offered stunning views. The staff were extremely friendly and provided a thorough run-through of all the things to do in the area, which was very helpful. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable lounge area. The hotel also had great facilities like a swimming pool, perfect for kids. I had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a fabulous stay at Oceans Resort. The three-floor house they gave us was incredible, with all the amenities we needed. The open plan design, spacious rooms, and sea views made it a perfect place to relax. The owner, Pamela, was very helpful and added a touch of Kiwi charm to our stay. The convenient location, close to shops and the sea, was an added bonus.

One drawback was the shower in the apartment. The moulded plastic was quite noisy, with the water falling on it loudly enough to wake me up in the adjoining bedroom.

We hit up HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT and it was epic! Then we chilled at the beach all day, super vibey. the location was so clutch and the sunrise view was insane!

We wish there was a cooler spot for late-night parties with other young peeps.

The lack of wifi in some apartments was a disappointment for some guests.
