The SureStay Plus Hotel in Keyser was convenient for my business trip, with the staff being attentive and quick to help when needed. However, I found that the room had leftover food in the refrigerator, and the coffee pot hadn't been cleaned. This hotel is a decent option for short stays but could improve on housekeeping consistency.

Don't miss the complimentary soup and cookies in the afternoon. it's a lovely touch that enhances the welcoming atmosphere.

The staff treated me like fam, especially jada at the front desk. she was super sweet! my room was clean and cozy, loved that comfy bed! they even offered breakfast bags since i was up early, which was a cool touch.

but the check-in took a bit too long and the wifi was kinda slow. also, the breakfast options could use some work.
