Great breakfast and friendly staff

The rooms were well-planned, comfortable, and had all the basic needs for a traveler. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and we slept very well. We also appreciated the welcoming and accommodating staff, as well as the quiet atmosphere. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to major roads, a shopping complex, and a gas station. The surrounding greenery and hills added to the charm, making it a quiet getaway. Additionally, the proximity to various parks such as Canaan Valley, Blackwater Falls, and Dolly Sods was a great advantage, especially for exploring and hiking. The staff, particularly Maykayla and Susan, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, providing delicious vegetarian breakfast options and allowing us extra time for check-out.

This hotel was perfect for our needs when visiting the area. The location, although a bit off the main road, was quiet and had convenient access to amenities like Walmart and Ponderosa. The staff provided great service and the rooms, although small, were clean, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed. Additionally, the breakfast was ready early in the morning and was delicious. We really appreciated the endless coffee and tea as well.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a beautiful area and had a delightful experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the level of attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by stunning scenery and easy access to major roads. The staff were exceptional, providing warm and friendly service. The basic amenities in the room, such as the comfortable queen beds, added to the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the breakfast options were impressive, with a variety of delicious choices available from 6:45AM onwards.

Located near the court house in Romney, this hotel is in a fairly rural area of West Virginia but close to many great attractions. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast options are diverse, including individually wrapped items. The hotel was recently renovated giving it fresh appeal.

Despite the many nearby restaurants, one establishment, Clancys, may be a letdown.

Additionally, I appreciated that there was coffee available 24/7, which was a nice perk. the desk staff was also very helpful and polite, providing excellent customer service.

There were some negative aspects of my stay. the room had the leftovers of another guest's food left in the refrigerator, which was quite off-putting.

We had a very pleasant stay at Surestay Plus Hotel By Best Western. The property was clean and well-maintained, from the lobby to the guest rooms. The breakfast offered a great variety with options like pancakes, waffles, bacon, and scrambled eggs. The hotel's location in a beautiful area with wind mills along the mountain tops added to the overall scenery. we enjoyed our stay here.

There were a few drawbacks. When we finally got to our room, it hadn't been made up yet and was missing basic amenities like toiletries, a hair dryer, and a working TV.
