Great location and friendly staff! The room was clean, and I loved the free trolley tickets. Perfect base for exploring Niagara Falls! 😄

The room was clean and tidy, which was a plus for our stay, but we noticed a musty odor upon entering that was a bit off-putting. The breakfast options were limited, and the dining area felt too small for the number of guests. This hotel is decent for a budget-friendly option close to Niagara Falls, but improvements in housekeeping and breakfast space would enhance the experience.

The Wi-Fi connection is disappointing!!! The check-in process could be streamlined significantly!!! I encountered noise disturbances from neighboring guests, which made my stay less enjoyable!!! The hallway had a stale odor that could use some freshening up!!!

I was thrilled with how clean my room was, and the powerful shower just made my day! The complimentary breakfast had a great variety. those scrambled eggs and pancakes hit the spot. Plus, the location is just a stone's throw from Niagara Falls, making it a perfect base for adventure!

we had a two-night stay at microtel and it exceeded my expectations. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly accommodating when we needed assistance. i loved the convenience of having breakfast available throughout the day, which made our relaxing break even better.

The service was better than expected and the lady at the front desk was real helpful they made checking in easy. It was also nice that the rooms had lots of outlets for charging my family's devices as we had multiple electronics to keep up with.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super comfy and clean. It had a microwave and fridge, which made it easy for snacks. The bathroom was tidy and had plenty of towels. Plus, I loved that it had many lighting options. Only downside was the hallway felt a bit musty. Overall, a good spot for a family trip to Niagara Falls!

The hotel's location was perfect for taking the kids to the Maid of the Mist tours, and we loved the spacious room that came equipped with a fridge and microwave for snacks. We felt right at home with our three children during our stay.
