Great location, close to hockey facility and with excellent views. The staff was helpful and quick.

The room had a smelly hockey bag odor and the windows couldn't open for fresh air. The shuttle service was unreliable and left us waiting for 33 minutes.

During our stay at the Westin, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean rooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The lobby was inviting and provided plenty of seating areas to relax or catch up on work. The Big Dry Creek trail, which runs alongside the hotel, was a great addition for outdoor enthusiasts like us. We also appreciated the courteous and friendly staff who made us feel welcome.

Great value for money with good amenities and mountain view rooms. The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping areas, and their restaurant downstairs has amazing food.

My room at the Westin was really spacious and had a great view. The pool area was well-maintained and there were always plenty of towels. Despite the long wait for the elevators, I was happy with the location and friendly staff. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for us as it was conveniently situated between two beautiful cities. The cool views of the mountains from our room were simply breathtaking. The staff was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The restaurant on-site was great, and we especially enjoyed the little sports bar nearby. The lobby was impressively large and comfortable, and we appreciated the added bonus of having a Starbucks right in the hotel. The pool and spa were a nice way to relax after a long day of exploring. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again!

The in-house restaurant, Katchina, was outstanding, offering delicious meals for our evening dining. The room amenities were top-notch, including amenities such as ironing facilities, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and the sun terrace offered stunning views of the surrounding area. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, quality service, and excellent location.

We loved staying at this place as it had everything we needed and more! The location was amazing as we could easily walk to the Katchina restaurant for a delicious dinner, as well as to a great Mexican restaurant nearby. Plus, we were located near everything we wanted to see and do. The service here was top-notch, from the room service to the car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. They even provided a grocery shopping service, and tours/ticket assistance. We loved the happy hour and the welcome drink we received upon arrival. The rooms were well-equipped with everything we needed, from ironing facilities to heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We enjoyed lounging on the terrace, and appreciated that the rooms were soundproofed. We also loved the amenities provided, from the free toiletries to the television and am/fm alarm clock.
