Comfortable beds, modern building, and quiet rooms. I had trouble with my room key but staff quickly resolved it. Breakfast was good with flavored water available. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.

Had a blast during Christmas at this beach hotel! Loved the modern decor and comfy rooms, with a roomy layout. the heated pool was a nice touch, and having a microwave and refrigerator in the room was super convenient. Also, loved the easy beach access and tasty waffle maker at breakfast!

On the downside, the pool was under maintenance during our stay, which was a bummer. Additionally, the soundproofing could be improved as we could hear noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway.

i had an excellent experience at microtel. our room was spotless upon arrival, and the property overall was impeccably clean. the breakfast provided just enough choices to start the day well. the location was convenient for accessing the interstate and nearby attractions, with plenty of free parking available. overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff.

Microtel in October was a fantastic stay. the excellent rates, cozy beds, and convenient amenities like a microwave and refrigerator made the experience enjoyable. the heated pool and beach access added to the overall satisfaction.

Oh my, the pies at the nearby First Hill were like a slice of heaven on earth! 😋. the room was clean and comfy, equipped with all the essentials like a fridge and microwave. the lobby was cozy and well, kept, with free, flowing coffee and tea all day long.

The inner lobby had a questionable aroma for the first two nights. smelt a bit like a skunk party!

Overhearing noise from the hallway due to poor soundproofing could be a nuisance.

From the affordable prices to the convenient location near York harbor, we had a fantastic experience. the morning waffle breakfast was a standout, and the staff's friendliness and efficiency made our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel’s proximity to Interstate 95, York Beach, and Kittery/Portsmouth was a big plus, and the free parking was a nice bonus. the Asian restaurant nearby was a pleasant surprise for dining options. We can’t wait to return.
