Great stay at the Grandview! The location was perfect for us, away from the busy strip but still close enough to enjoy the attractions. The spacious condos were clean and well-maintained, providing plenty of room for our family. The multiple pools were a hit with the kids, and we never felt crowded. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The value for money at Grandview was unbeatable and the room was amazing, with a kitchen and a pullout sofa. The location was perfect, close to the strip, and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Had an amazing time at the Grandview resort. The family atmosphere was evident from check-in to check-out. The resort was impeccably clean and exceeded all my expectations. My kids loved the variety of pools and my wife and I enjoyed the hot tub. Being next to the South Point Casino was convenient, yet we never felt overwhelmed by the casino crowd. Security was top-notch, making us feel safe throughout our stay. This was our first family vacation to Las Vegas and we can't wait to go again!

During our stay, we found the location to be convenient for our family. We were able to access various grocery stores easily, and the market was close by. The South Point casino offered plenty of entertainment, and the hotel is right off the freeway. The room was nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed for our family meals. We also enjoyed the multiple pools on the property, especially the one closest to the kids' pool. The available barbecue grills were an added bonus that we took advantage of.

We did notice some minor concerns during our stay. The elevator was quite loud, which made some guests concerned.

As a VIP 2-bdrm owner, we were pleasantly surprised by the ideal location of the Grandview. Adjacent to The South Point casino & hotel, it allowed us to escape the hustle-bustle of the Strip. We also appreciated the convenience of the newly built Costco just 2.5 miles away, where we could buy necessities and find quality yet cheap gas. Needless to say, our stay was a great value for the price.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with enough pools to enhance our comfort. The friendly staff and ample parking lots added to the positive experience. The location was great, especially for those attending events at Southpoint.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The layout of the room was perfect for my needs, with a full kitchen that allowed me to save a lot of money by preparing my own meals. The hotel staff were very helpful and responsive - they quickly fixed the broken TV and cleaned the dirty curtains. The location was easy to find and conveniently close to a good casino.

Enjoyed our Christmas stay at the resort. The units are like complete homes with full kitchens, which was perfect for saving money on eating out. The location was great - close to a nice off-strip resort with plenty of dining, entertainment, and gambling options. The resort offered a free shuttle to Walmart for grocery shopping.

The parking lot could get crowded on weekends and finding a spot could be difficult. The pools were not the most enjoyable, with either loud children or a quiet, almost empty pool.
