Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location between Chicago and Minneapolis. The hotel was very clean and had all the necessary facilities. Its location between two major cities made it convenient for me to visit family and attend appointments.

I had a great experience at Microtel during my recent stay. the reception clerk, Heather, was impressive and even called me to confirm that my expectations had been met. the check-in process was smooth, and they held my room for me even though there was a problem with my reservation number. the room itself was clean and quiet, which was exactly what I needed. it was a nice room for the price, and the location worked well for me.

Conveniently located right off the highway, which made it easy to find and convenient for travelers. the lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive atmosphere. Beds were comfortable and the room provided plenty of drawer space. the presence of a microwave and fridge in the room was an added bonus.

The sink drain was slow and the water pressure in the shower was not very strong. Additionally, the shower head was not adjustable for different spray patterns, which made it difficult for those with long hair.

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast selection, comfortable bed, good value for the dollar.

Additionally, the hotel's convenient location, right across from a parking lot with various restaurants, was a major advantage for me as I could easily find dining options without having to venture too far.

One aspect that I found disappointing was the noise from the nearby Interstate 94. It was quite loud and constant, making it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep.
