I had an incredible experience during my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire resort was impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the beach area which was situated in a beautiful, clean sea surrounded by a vibrant reef. The location of the hotel, on the beach and outside in a different part of the gardens, was simply breathtaking. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel like I was among friends. Additionally, the transportation provided to and from the small island of Santa Cruz was convenient and reliable.

The beach was absolutely beautiful, with clear turquoise water and plenty of loungers and hammocks to relax on. the staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the fresh coconut drink upon arrival was a nice touch. the variety of food at meal times was also a plus, with lots of salad options available. Additionally, the open-air massage at the spa with an ocean view was a truly relaxing experience.

The boat ride to the hotel was quite unpleasant, as we got completely soaked with sea water due to the waves splashing over us. the lack of English-speaking staff members was also a downside, as communication was a bit challenging at times.

The beach was absolutely stunning with crystal clear water, perfect for relaxation. the hotel was well-maintained and had clean bathroom facilities everywhere. the food served was delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the rooms were spacious and provided a comfortable stay.

The breakfast options were limited and there were no complimentary drinks available during non-meal times, which was inconvenient, especially in hot weather. Additionally, there was only one shower available for the entire beach, which caused long waiting times.

As a woman traveling alone, I loved the high standard but simple facilities, beautiful beach, and abundance of activities like boat trips, night fito plankton tours, biking. The staff, including Dairo, Rodolfo, Wilfrido, Juan, José Miguel. The massages in front of the sea were amazing and the peaceful environment allowed me to fully rest. My room had a stunning sea view, a hammock, and a lovely partially outdoor shower. The private beach was the perfect size and I enjoyed paddleboarding there. The staff was always attentive and happy, making my stay enjoyable.

The hotel is well maintained and provides a safe space for little ones to run around. The staff were fantastic and knew exactly how to serve their customers. They were welcoming, helpful, and courteous throughout my stay. The amenities and services were top-notch, from the welcome drink to the spa and wellness center. The beach access and sun terrace were perfect for relaxation, and there were plenty of activities like hiking, snorkeling, and even tennis. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. You would be lucky to stay here!

During our Christmas vacation, we had a memorable stay at this hotel. the first thing we loved about it was the stunning location. Situated on a beautiful island, the hotel offered breathtaking views of the ocean and pristine beaches, which made our stay incredibly scenic and relaxing. Additionally, the hotel had an abundance of hammocks and quiet spots where we could unwind and enjoy the serenity of the surroundings.

One downside to our stay was the room we were assigned. It was an older, non-renovated room, which was disappointing considering we were expecting a deluxe room.
