An elderly lady took care of the buffet and she was extremely nice and helpful. the hotel also had ample parking and was conveniently located next to Walmart and other shops. the air conditioning unit in the room was brand new and surprisingly quiet. the staff was friendly and the experience was generally nice.

We requested a handicapped room due to a sciatica crisis, and they provided exactly what we needed. the location was perfect, and the staff was very nice, polite, and helpful. the room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was lovely with tables and umbrellas for shade. the breakfast was impressive, with a wide variety of items including hot sausage and gravy with biscuits, as well as sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches. We always choose Microtel for its quality and value when visiting Zephyrhills.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area, with convenient access to nearby shops like Walmart. The ample parking was also a plus. The rooms were clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. Tammy Perkins, the Manager, went above and beyond during Hurricane Irma, staying with us and other guests throughout the day and night.

I had a great stay at this hotel in a good area. The location was perfect for me as it was close to everything in the center of town.
