The hotel had several amazing features that made our stay memorable. the room service was exceptional, ensuring we had everything we needed. The hot tub, pool, and outside patio with fire pits added to the relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the price we paid was reasonable. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to help us navigate the construction and assisted in delivering items to our room. it was a great experience.

Clean rooms, mildew in shower slightly unpleasant, staff provided good service, spacious bathroom for elderly guests, slightly understaffed restaurant but still had a positive experience.

Best aspects of the stay: We had a fantastic time over Xmas and enjoyed our stay in the hotel. the hotel was in the perfect location for us as it was only a short distance from the main attraction, allowing us to enjoy all the Xmas events. the room was also well equipped, and the comfortable bed gave us a good night's sleep.

Worst aspects of the stay: the only downside was that the hotel was a little noisy at times, and we could hear some of the other guests in the hallways. some parts of the hotel looked a bit worn and could use a refresh.
