We loved this hotel! The location was perfect, right across the street from shops and close to restaurants. The service was exceptional, with helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a sitting area and a terrace with garden furniture. The complimentary gifts in the room were a nice touch, and the breakfast was amazing, much better than your average hotel breakfast. we highly recommend this place for its great location and excellent service!

The location of this hotel is unbeatable! It is in an excellent walking location to the lake, restaurants, and shopping. We were able to explore the downtown area and enjoy boat rides and delicious meals nearby. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, and we loved the convenience of having a kitchen in our room. The room was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the private balcony with a lovely view. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Sylvia, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided was also great, with a variety of options including boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, and sausage.

The value for our money at Mill Creek Hotel was excellent. The room was cozy with a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake and a lovely fireplace. The location was perfect, within walking distance to both the lake and downtown restaurants. The staff treated us very well during our stay.

The front desk staff, especially Alex, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assisted us promptly even when we got locked out. The room set up was outstanding, with a beautifully made bed and a thoughtful gift of treats. Nancy, one of the staff members, even texted me to ensure everything was perfect for our romantic weekend getaway. The location was fantastic, allowing us to easily access the beach, town, and lakepath. Free parking was a huge bonus, and the air conditioning in both the bedroom and the rest of the unit kept us comfortable. we were thoroughly impressed and can't wait to return.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to park on the property and explore the area before our check-in time. Upon arrival in our room, we were pleasantly surprised by a thank you bag filled with snacks. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the location was ideal for walking to nearby attractions. Additionally, the onsite parking was a great convenience, as street parking was limited and costly.

The room was clean and well-equipped, and the king bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and the lake. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh and hot options to choose from.

I recently stayed at Mill Creek in downtown Lake Geneva for a cozy and comfortable getaway. The attention to cleaning and room setup was outstanding, complete with a thank-you gift and a beautifully made up bed. The jacuzzi was enormous and glorious, perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for a relaxed and quiet location, close to downtown, I highly recommend it.

The hotel's location right by the lake and in the center of downtown made it super convenient for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to park our car early and providing helpful suggestions for local activities. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was clean and well-stocked. Additionally, the hotel had a private parking area which gave us peace of mind.
