As a budget traveler, I loved the comfortable rooms and the friendly staff at the Mineral Palace. The rooms were quiet, even though they faced the street, and the heating and air conditioning were easily manageable. Additionally, the added touch of a nighttime snack and the beds being folded down in the evening made me feel well taken care of.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the valet and bell service. They allowed us to check in early with no hassle. The servers were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The housekeeping staff was outstanding, promptly returning our lost item to the front desk. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with coffee, a fridge, and even a microwave. The turn-down service with chocolates was a sweet touch. We also enjoyed finding a rubber ducky in the bathroom. Another great perk was how accommodating the hotel was to our needs. They gave us rides to and from the trailer park area and stored our luggage until we could check in. Shoutout to the amazing door men/drivers, front desk staff, and all other employees at Mineral Palace!

I recently stayed at the Mineral Palace Hotel & Gaming for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, right on the Deadwood strip. The hotel rooms were spacious and surprisingly quiet, considering its central location. The staff at the Gem Steakhouse went above and beyond when my wife's pork chop was tough, offering to replace it or not charge us. April at the front desk was exceptional, going the extra mile to accommodate my early arrival. a good experience.
