Our stay at a spacious, well-equipped unit at Mint House was fantastic. the fitness center was top-notch, and the location was prime. A simple printed guide for amenities would enhance the experience. We faced challenges with the door lock, but the overall experience was delightful. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.

Mint House Alexandria - Old Town provided a spacious apartment with a lovely kitchen and good laundry facilities. the location was ideal for access to Historic Alexandria and DC, as well as convenient for road trips in different directions. the multiple security codes enhanced the sense of safety, and the check-in process was smooth with all necessary information provided upfront.

Helicopter noise every 60 seconds for hours. Earplugs provided, but one noisy night.

The property was clean and secure with a sleek design. It offers easy access to Old Town and the Beltway, making it convenient for exploring. Additionally, ordering groceries for delivery ahead of your stay was a helpful service that added convenience to our weekend.

Communication and customer service issues arose during our stay. Difficulty with room access codes, parking passes, and temperature control were frustrating.

I found the unit at this hotel very clean and spacious. Security measures included multiple codes for access to different areas, ensuring safety. Location wise, it was convenient, nestled in an upscale and secure neighborhood close to everything in the DC Metro area. the property manager's top-notch hospitality stood out, even walking me to the unit and parking.

Nothing could have been improved.

I stayed at Mint House for a quick 3, night road trip stop with my sister. the apartment was spacious, comfy, and well, equipped. the property manager was incredibly hospitable and even walked us through the check, in process. the location was ideal, allowing easy access to DC and beyond. the parking garage was convenient once we figured out the system. Laundry facilities and a kitchen were a bonus for a longer stay like ours. Cons: Would recommend this hotel.
