As youngsters, we loved the daily activities and workshops offered by the hotel. The rooftop swimming pool and gym were also fantastic for staying active. The breakfast spread, especially the pastries from Francesita bakery, was a delicious start to the day. The central location made it easy to explore the city.

Our stay at Casona De Los Sapos Hotel Boutique was truly enjoyable. The hotel's beautiful architecture and perfect location allowed us to easily explore the city on foot. Despite a small setback with the water pressure in the shower, the room itself was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast offerings at the main restaurant were delicious and satisfying. The staff, from the security team to the receptionists, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape from the city heat, although we would have liked a better lounge area to relax in. we found our experience at Casona De Los Sapos Hotel Boutique to be delightful, and we would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Puebla.

We had an amazing experience at this luxury hotel. the staff was exceptional with great attention to detail, always professional and eager to help. the rooms were stunning with exclusive amenities and were well-maintained daily. the restaurant served delicious meals that catered to all dietary needs. the location was perfect, walking distance to all the must-see attractions of the city.

The only minor issue we had was that the AC in the restaurant was too cold.

The hotel is an absolute gem. the location couldn't be better, as it was walking distance from the main square and other major attractions. the breakfast was amazing and it was included in the room rate. We loved that there were homemade pastries and fresh fruit, as well as savory dishes to choose from.

The room we stayed in was pretty dark, as it only had small windows facing an indoor corridor. the pool was nice but there wasn't really a lounge area where we could relax and hang out.
