I had an excellent value stay at a hotel with stunning views. The warm welcome from the staff was refreshing, especially after a bad experience elsewhere. The clean and comfortable room, complete with grab rails in the shower room, made it accessible for my husband. The bar and restaurant on the first floor had lovely Christmas decorations, and the food from the Sparkle menu was delicious and good value. The buffet breakfast was satisfying, and being on the ground floor meant we didn't hear any traffic noise. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and hope to return.

We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and welcoming service at the hotel. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The basic room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We appreciated the complimentary bottled water. The dinner menu was diverse, offering a range of options including vegetarian dishes and locally sourced seafood. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, with a good selection of continental and cooked items. We also loved the convenient tourist information center in the foyer and the complimentary binoculars for birdwatching. The location was perfect for enjoying coastal walks, exploring sculpture in the quarries, and scenic views within walking distance. we had a wonderful stay thanks to the helpful and friendly staff. We will definitely consider returning, especially with the discount voucher provided for our next visit.

The Heights Hotel exceeded our expectations in several ways. we were pleasantly surprised by the value for money, considering the reasonable prices for our stay. Secondly, the attention to detail in the hotel was commendable, with its clean and tidy appearance throughout. Moreover, the location of the hotel on top of a hill, near a bus stop that conveniently takes you to Weymouth seafront, was a definite plus. Lastly, the breakfast with stunning views over the bay was a real highlight, especially during the captivating sunsets.

While our overall experience was positive, there was one aspect that could have been improved upon. The radiators in the rooms had settings that could not be adjusted, and we found them to be a bit too warm for our liking.
