Mint House Downtown exceeded expectations with a spacious, clean 3-bedroom layout at a great price. Comfortable beds, accurate listing photos, and easy access to Bon Secours Wellness Arena enhanced our stay. Communication with the staff was smooth, adding to the enjoyable experience.

I always stay here. Staff found my lost ID. Perfect fit for me with Free Wi, Fi, laundry, flat, screen TV, express check. Everything I need! Coming back for Christmas.

Had an awesome xmas stay with the fam. Loved having a big apartment with separate rooms and bathrooms , so much space! Super close to Falls on the Reedy for a quick stroll and a short hop to Publix for snacks. the kitchen was a game, changer for xmas breakfast , fully stocked with supplies for a home, cooked meal. Bonus: a smart TV for movie night!

Parking was a bit of a headache during an event downtown; needed better instructions.

My recent stay at Mint House downtown was fantastic! I visited for leisure and stayed for five nights in a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit. the location was unbeatable, allowing us to easily explore the shops, restaurants, and nightlife on foot. the well-stocked kitchen and accommodating early check-in were definite highlights. the superb concierge service, including Tonya's exceptional assistance, added a personal touch to our trip. Plus, the comfy beds and proximity to the Liberty Bridge and e-bike kiosk were delightful bonuses.

Spacious rooms with a balcony, quality bedding, and extra amenities. Location was good and quiet. A deli on the bottom floor was handy. Covered parking garage with reasonable rates nearby. On-site staff provided friendly service.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the rooms were clean and stylishly decorated. The kitchen was also well-equipped with good quality cookware, and it was very convenient to have a washing machine and dryer available. Plus, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the location couldn't be better - I was able to walk to all the local attractions!

The hotel is located in a very convenient area close to the beautiful bridge over "The Falls" and various restaurants. The location is also great for those who want to attend The Fall of Greenville. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious with the necessary amenities like a washer dryer, silverware, and cooking capabilities.

One small suggestion would be to provide thicker curtains or blackout shades to block out the street lights and bright sun in the morning.

The background check and photo ID was an unexpected surprise, and there was no information about the electronic key cards left in the unit. Parking was not available on the property, and directions to the parking garage were unclear.

I had an amazing stay at Mint House Greenville - Downtown! The location was perfect, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean and had a nice modern vibe. The views from the huge picture windows were breathtaking. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the staff in the lobby were friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Greenville!
