We loved exploring the Kaaba and enjoying the sights at the nearby museum. The breakfast was huge, and the staff were super friendly! Housekeeping was always ready to help. Make sure to ask for fresh fruits if you want a quick snack. Overall, great vibes for a group trip!

stayed at this so-called luxury hotel, but service was beyond subpar. dirty rooms with stinky smells, and good luck getting timely pillows. had to wait forever for anything! expected a room upgrade for the hassle, but they obviously don’t care about special treatment. couldn't believe I almost gave them a good review, but just couldn't.

The exceptional view of the Holy Kaaba from our suite was breathtaking, making our stay truly memorable.

We encountered an inconvenience as our room wasn't ready until 5 PM, despite our request for early check-in.

Check-in delays can be frustrating!!! Coordination between the entrance guards and drivers needs improvement!!! The bathroom light issue was a hassle to resolve!!! Unexpected charges for services shouldn't happen!!!

The location was wonderful! ! Only a short stroll to the sacred site, and the staff were truly friendly and accommodating. The in-room breakfast was delicious with great variety, we felt pampered!

However, sometimes the response time from housekeeping could be improved, and we experienced a bit of noise from renovations early in the morning.
