There were a few minor issues during our stay. the mattresses in the room seemed old and soft, which affected our sleep quality.

I had a wonderful stay at Misquamicut Beach Front Inn. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with amazing ocean views. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to park early on the day of arrival and use the beach. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. Despite being near beach bars and restaurants, the noise was not too bothersome. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Loved the location right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. the convenience of having the beach chairs provided was a plus. Also, the fact that the hotel had an elevator was very helpful, especially for my elderly father.

The parking area was quite limited and we were not allowed to park our truck on the premises. We weren't informed about this beforehand and had to pay an additional $20 to park our car in the lot.

We loved our stay! Right on the beach with walking distance to restaurants. The private, quiet beach was a plus. The owners were on site and beach chairs were available for use. The elevator was helpful for my 91-year-old dad. The parking lot was close to the beach and elevator. The property is well-maintained and clean. It's conveniently located near Watch Hill shopping, Mansions, Block Island, Narraganser Coast Guard House Restaurant, and Newport attractions.
