The location is fantastic, a quick walk to Union Square and a short distance from Chinatown and Fisherman’s Wharf. The staff was super friendly, and the shared microwave in the lobby was handy. Definitely recommend staying here for a fun trip.

We had a rocky check-in due to the payment system being down. It caused delays and was a bit frustrating, but they resolved it quickly and were apologetic about it.

The Mosser boasts a delightful old-world charm, clean and airy rooms, and a fantastic location just steps from Market Street and Union Square. Staff were incredibly friendly, providing great local tips.

The room was on the smaller side, and I was a bit bothered by the street noise during the night. Also, the shared bathroom experience was less than ideal at times, with cleanliness being inconsistent.

Had an awesome vacation with my friends, hitting up Union Square and chilling at a nice local bar. The location's a game-changer, super close to everything. Rooms might be small, but they had what we needed. Staff were friendly, and the overall vibe was just right for us.

I did notice some noise from the street, especially at night, but closing the window helped. It wasn't too much of a bother, just something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper.

But honestly, my room was so small it could've doubled as my closet! I had to befriend the ceiling fan since the AC was apparently on vacation.

We loved the hotel's prime location near Union Square, which made exploring so easy with the little ones. Our room was cozy, clean, and bright. We enjoyed a fantastic meal at a nearby brasserie that had great decor and even better service.

My kids wished for a pool for some splash time.
