I was amazed by the level of customer service at the hotel. When I arrived early for check-in, the receptionist went out of their way to find me a room as soon as possible. The staff throughout my stay were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool was clean and inviting, providing a great place to relax. I had a wonderful experience at Movenpick Hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel on "The walk" in JBR. The location was excellent, right next to the beach and close to excellent eating spots ranging from 5-star restaurants to old favorites like ihop. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely pool and easy beach access. The staff, especially Arif, went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, providing towels, beach mats. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options. the cleanliness and service were top-notch.

I recently stayed at Movenpick Hotel in Dubai for a week-long vacation. The front desk staff, specifically Mr. Soudom, went above and beyond to accommodate my request for a city view room with either JBR or sea view. He made sure we had the best view possible. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were also amazing, fulfilling our requests even at 2am. The facilities and amenities were top-notch, as expected from the Movenpick brand. The breakfast spread was delicious and the Tea and Sundowner package was worth the extra cost. Winnie, from the Executive Lounge, provided exceptional service, ensuring each customer felt attended to and satisfied. a highly recommendable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious, modern, and clean. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed the spa treatments, which were top-notch. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. From the moment we checked in and were allowed to check in early, to the concierge service that booked us a table at a popular restaurant and took care of our rental car, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was also a big plus, as it was conveniently located near the beach and close to all amenities.

We stayed here for 1 night and everything was good. The location is right in the middle of Dubai Marina, next to the beach. The staff were amazing, from check-in to the restaurant, pool, bar, cleaning. The room was a bit outworn, but it wasn't a problem. The price for 1 night was the thing that attracted us. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the spa experience was amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is excellent value for money with its wonderful location right on the beach - perfect for a beach holiday! The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are great with rooms with sofa beds and access to the Executive Lounge for a more exclusive experience. The breakfast spread is delicious with a variety of options to choose from and offers wonderful views over the city.

The hotel could improve on the noise level in the rooms, especially with the music from the downstairs restaurant.

We stayed at Movenpick on JBR The Walk for one night and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing early check-in and late check-out. The room was comfortable, with a huge, comfy bed and great water pressure in the shower. We were pleasantly surprised to find a delicious birthday cake waiting for us in the room. we highly recommend Movenpick for its excellent service and convenient location.

I was delighted to have a room with a sea view and the staff went above and beyond by preparing a delicious lunchbox for me when I missed breakfast. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a variety of options for everyone. The staff, from reception to cleaners to breakfast ladies, were all friendly and helpful, even providing milk for my baby late at night. The rooms were impeccably clean and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel also provided a comfortable sofa bed for my children. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, helpful staff, and enjoyable amenities.

Good location, variety at breakfast, and happy with the rooms and bathroom.

The spa facilities and outside space were fantastic. Other guests were respectful and mature compared to other hotels in the area. The staff were incredibly helpful and the concierge had extensive knowledge about the local area.

Spent Christmas here and it was fantastic! The staff were so friendly and made us feel welcome right away. We loved the fact that the hotel upgraded us to a room with a stunning view. The location was perfect, in the heart of all the action. Plus, the hotel took extra precautions for hygiene, like sealed shower amenities and covered TV remote. It made us feel safe and protected during our stay.

If I had to be nitpicky, some of the furniture looked a bit worn, but it didn't really bother us that much. it was a minor issue in an otherwise amazing experience.
