The service we received here was excellent, from the manager and concierge who were always available to assist us. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, with all the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, allowing us to get a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. The hotel also offers a sauna and a TV room for relaxation and entertainment.

For the price we paid, Hotel Liabeny in Madrid was an absolute steal! The room was top-notch, and the staff treated us like VIPs. The location couldn't have been better, with everything we wanted to see just a stone's throw away.

This hotel has excellent facilities and really helpful staff. The location is perfect, situated on the nicest square in the city and within walking distance to Mercado de San Miguel and el rastro flea market. The hotel is also very clean and offers a great breakfast.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance to all the major attractions and shopping areas. Plus, there were plenty of great restaurants nearby to choose from. Another highlight was the comfortable and well-appointed room. the bed had clean white crisp but soft bedlinen that made for a great night's sleep.

The staff at the front desk were not very friendly or helpful. However, the concierge made up for it by being very helpful, especially with the elevator and wifi access.

We were impressed by the style of the hotel communal areas. The location is absolutely central and very convenient. The breakfast though pricey had decent options. A staff member went above and beyond to assist us when our luggage was lost. we recommend this hotel.
